Auto part statuette, 'Rustic Quixote'
Wearing heavy armor, Don Quixote de la Mancha prepares to do battle with windmills. Armando Ram�rez depicts the beloved character from Miguel de Cervantes' 17th century novel, sculpting the idealistic knight from recycled metal. Metal cogs form the legs, cogs and springs, the arms. Parts from a clutch, screws and a lid become the head. More clutch parts form the torso. Ram�rez does not give his sculptures a fine polished finish, therefore smudges and scratches may be present.
