Plump Your Lashes. Thanks to the magic of tiny rayon fibers, your lashes will appear longer and thicker with the twirl of a wand. After applying a coat of your mascara or Lipocils, look downward, and lightly pat the Lash Extender applicator onto the tips of your lashes. The tiny fibers will adhere to your lashes, to extend and expand them naturally. Seal the fibers with a second layer of mascara or Lipocils.
