Shelburne Museum Tree of Life Quilt
An authentic reproduction of a prize nineteenth-century quilt from the Shelburne Museum, the original Tree of Life design was sewn by Hannah E. Hamblin Delano from Bridport, Vermont, b. 1824. Vermicelli stitchwork lends a rich texture to the quilt’s white background. Embellished with appliquéd birds, grapes, pears, and flowers. Tree motif throw pillow has polyfill and nonremovable cover; professionally clean. Pure cotton.
